She has it covered with the photos and recipe for Coconut Milk Pancakes. Looks paleo safe to me. Lately we find that it is becoming difficult to join friends and communities and keeping with our paleo safe way of food, including food preparation. Because there are so many communities that do potlucks, or snacks or just plain dessert goodies, and we obliged in being polite (calling it our polite cheating) but there are just too many cheat opportunities. It’s not the temptation, that is not a weakness, it’s the idea of sharing food time together with others and wanting to be polite to the degree we can.
