That period of life when what was so relevant isn't as relevant. Lighten Up!
Several photos of Palouse Falls – which despite having driven to Palouse area several times, we have yet to actually get to view the Falls. With granddaughter attending WSU, we have had occasion to enjoy the Palouse area where we might not have had opportunity had she not been a WSU college student. The stars in the night sky are awesome to behold. Because it is rural area, low city lights, the sky looks more natural, the stars almost pop!
A couple weekends ago Geoff and I had a day off together and headed over to Pullman for a WSU vs Arizona basketball game. On the way over we stopped at Palouse Falls State Park. Palouse Falls is the official waterfall of Washington State! The river was running much faster than the last time I went to the falls in July of 2013, I could feel the mist on my face from the cliff top above the falls!! It was a beautiful day with sunshine breaking through the weakening fog bank we saw a couple adorable Rock Chucks hanging out on the cliff face, did some hiking and got some wonderful photos of the falls and river then hit the road again.
The drive the rest of the way into Pullman was beautiful geoff and I snapped a few photos of wind turbines emerging from the fog and the scenery.
