That period of life when what was so relevant isn't as relevant. Lighten Up!


Wanting a place where I can add paleo recipes that we have used and like.  We have been eating the paleo way for a bit over a year now, and have developed some preferred recipes we like to use repeatedly.   It is enough for us that we have made the change and are seeing benefits to our health, and body image.  There are loads of paleo sites online and loads of paleo recipe books, and promos for paleo way of life.   I just want a simple place to record our progression in using paleo way of life in what is likely our down scaled way of life.  We aren’t youngsters and don’t plan anytime soon on achieving more than we have accomplished in changing our life style.  For us, it’s an ongoing process, and we afford ourselves the ability and opportunity to do it in our own way in our own time as we can add elements to our paleo way of life.

I have been collecting and saving paleo recipes for over a year now.  Sometimes I try them and find I like the recipe well enough to save to my One Note.  I prefer to use my One Note as it is private and I do not have to insure I have not infringed on copyright, linkage and otherwise.  It is simply my private collection of recipes from lots of different sites on the internet.

Once I start blogging the recipes, though, I need to get all formal and official like, making sure I have links correctly attributed to where I found the recipe/article/information/news/video/media.   I am not likely to copy/paste from the attributes someone else has taken care to put online, and if I have done anything that needs to be corrected, I am happy to make the correction.

I can’t possibly place on this blog all the paleo recipes I have collected, and in my pre-paleo days all the recipes I collected to my One Note.  In getting this blog up and running, here is a recipe that I saw today that I want to try.  I haven’t tried the actual recipe as it is written and shown, and am likely to make adaptions to the recipe, since I have done a lot with beef, bacon and cabbage.

In the Paleo page I am creating at this blog, I will begin the process of adding the links to their original sites.
